Why don't we complain?

In this story I agree with the author. There are many reasons why Americans don't complain such as: shyness, fear, insecurity, lack of freedom, and sometimes they wait for others to take the initiative. In my opinion, every person has the right to speak up whenever it is necessary. For example, if you are going to any place where you have to pay to get the service you want, you must speak up if you are not receiving the appropriate attention. I, personally don't like to see when wrong things happen and nobody does anything. I believe every person must defend their rights and protest if anything is not functioning the way it must be.
