A Fable for Tomorrow

As I read the story A Fable for Tomorrow, I noticed that the author Rachel Carson likes to write about beautiful themes. At the beginning of the essay, she starts to describe a wonderful city where everything seems to be perfect. Unfortunately, as I continue to read I couldn't understand what was going on with the story. I started to read it over and over again, until I found that she was trying to get our attention on something very important to our society. I found she was trying to alert us about what can happen if we don't do anything to stop the use of pesticides. To my interpretation, I really liked the way she writes important things in a original way. In my opinion, she is a very unique author because she has the ability to warm us in a way that doesn't insult anybody directly.
