Embalming in the U.S.A

Before I read this story I didn't have any idea of what embalming was really about. I thought that it was a simple job like any other. Now, I appreciate the people who do all the embalming stuffs. From my perspective, embalming is not an easy job like many people think it is. First, the dead body must be well prepared. Second, all the blood must be taken away to prevent disinfecting and discoloration. Then, many other processes must be taken until they reach their objective. One of the things that I found interesting was that I didn't know that in the final step they put make up to create a better image of the person. In my opinion, this is a excellent idea in order to leave the family a better last recollection of the dead person. I know few people who think embalming is not an important process in the death of a person, but I think they are wrong. I believe embalming is an admirable and important job like any other job.
