I have always believe that we should have 100% of freedom, but I also always keep in mind that my freedom ends where your freedom starts. It is very unpleasant that someone taking advantage of his or her freedom shout aloud a lying in a public place. For example, if we are in a close place like a store, and someone shout a lying that he is going to kill everybody all the people in the restaurant will go crazy ,start crying, and many other things could happen. It is not funny to do things that could affect others. People who do these things, should be punished.
